CACAO (CHOCOLATE) CEREMONIES WITH MONIKA BURTON
Throughout time, cacao has been celebrated as a food of the Gods. The Mayans consumed Cacao in a variety of their rituals to open their hearts and to expand their consciousness. In this Sacred Cacao ceremony we will follow this tradition. Come prepared with your intention and enjoy this opportunity to journey deep into your heart, into your own wisdom and awareness. We will drink a brew of pure, raw, organic Cacao which will be followed by guided breath work and a hypnotic meditation to deepen this experience. Cacao is a powerful heart-opener, increasing blood flow 30-40% with our ceremonial dose. It’s gentle, supportive energy will allow us to expand, feel and explore heightened states.
Monika will create and hold your special sacred space and will guide you through this powerful experience.
Monika brings in more than 20 years of experience in techniques, practices and information from different teachers and shamans from around the world. She is a certified Hypnotherapist, Quantum healing practitioner, Life Coach, NLP, Holistic rebirther, also trained in Advanced Clearing Energetics, and much more.
BEFORE THE CEREMONY:
PREPARE YOUR INTENTION … anything you would like to know, or would like to let go…
- no coffee or caffeine for 4 hours prior to the event
- If possible, please refrain from supper or have only a light meal not less than 2 hours prior to ceremony. Best if you eat healthy foods all day.
- The event will start at 19:00, please be early or ready to start at that time.
- Bring a journal, water, yoga mat and/or a pillow or blanket
AFTER THE CEREMONY:
Ceremonial cacao is strong and bitter; it detoxifies and cleanses the liver. In ceremonial doses one may experience detox signs like headache/nausea. If so, take it as purification and drink a lot of water to support the body as it lets go of whatever it doesn’t need.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are diagnosed with MS, severe heart conditions or if you take medications such as anti-depressants, … check with your physician before attending this ceremony and please personally inform me about any existing conditions.
